Our Mission

Our mission is to provide clients with an all-encompassing service that helps guide you through some of the darkest days of your life. From personal experience, we know what it’s like to navigate this uncharted territory. We’ll create the necessary road map to steer you in the right direction to the next chapter of your life.

Determined to “save the marriage,” Amy tried to go above and beyond, but it wasn’t enough. The damage was done. With guidance, she sought legal protection and filed for separation, then endured a lengthy divorce process which was finalized in early 2021. Amy is now living her “Next Chapter of Her Life,” on her own terms, which not too long ago she simply didn’t think was possible. With thanks to family members, friends, and colleagues, Amy feels she’s risen from the ashes.

Amy is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience from 25 years in advertising, retail management, and telecommunications. In 2005, she left the corporate world to start her own company, EMP Management, specializing in events, marketing, and publicity. While owning a business had its’ challenges and rewards, Amy’s steadfast commitment to the nonprofit community turned into a niche of its own, with an emphasis on special events, fundraising, and sponsorships. Her clients have included Debbie Gaby Charities, Chances for Children, Florence Crittenton, Gigi’s Playhouse, the Joe Niekro Foundation, Know Women, the Phoenix Parks Foundation, the Phoenix Symphony, Women of Achievement, and many more. A passionate community volunteer, Amy has been a member of the Junior League for 13 years and Boys Team Charity since 2016, and she currently volunteers to work in the neonatal intensive care unit for HonorHealth.

She filed for divorce in June of 2017. After 18 months of divorce proceedings, including two mediations and the involvement of several expert guides, she felt relieved when she signed the final paperwork at her attorney’s office.

As an accomplished authority for nearly 30 years in her career, Sheri has unmatched knowledge spanning retail management, media sales, advertising and public relations, as well as certification in behavior analysis. After leaving her sales career in 2008 to join forces with her husband at Anderson Advertising and Public Relations, Sheri joined several local Valley and national non-profit boards, including Leadership Circle for the Foundation of Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Make-A-Wish and National Charity League, Inc.

Sheri prides herself on understanding that you are only as good as the people who support you. Longevity in relationships are useless unless you look after and take good care of them. She strives to over-deliver in relationships, serving her client’s needs and ensuring their happiness and wellbeing. She’s also a firm believer that when you are genuine, honest and deliver as you say, you surround yourself with quality relationships and value their longevity.

Michelle had always dreamt of having the perfect family with the white picket fence, but after 22 years of marriage, she made the decision to file for divorce. After Michelle realized there was no turning back on her decision, she remembered several months prior at a networking meeting, meeting two ladies who had started a “divorce concierge” business. Wanting to be properly represented because she was unaware of the divorce process, the most significant financial decision she made was hiring un*tied. She had watched several friends go through the divorce process, and unfortunately their experiences were not handled justly. Her experience was different. “Amy and Sheri were my voice of reason. They explained the process and their strategic approach helped me realize that I needed to view the divorce with a “business minded lens.” Michelle’s attorney complimented her on how she handled herself working through the process. “Making the decision to hire un*tied significantly helps in the divorce process. I will forever be grateful for the support I received!”

Michelle decided to join forces with un*tied because she’s an advocate for women. For the last 10 years she has built one of the top National teams in a billion-dollar skincare company that offers opportunities to partner with the brand. She has personally trained and mentored thousands of new partners to help them reach personal and financial goals. She has helped women realize their potential. “We all have the ability to write our own success story. I am personally excited to help our clients bring their best foot forward in the divorce process.”
